This website is operated by Nyxoria Herbals. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nyxoria Herbals. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Orders and order acceptance

Placing an order on this site is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if a pricing or listing error is discovered. If we cancel an order after payment/collection arrangements have been made, we will let you know and, where applicable, no charge will be collected.

3. Product usage and disclaimer

All Nyxoria Herbals products are intended solely for external topical use. Our products are formulated using natural botanical ingredients; however, individual skin and scalp reactions may vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours prior to full application. Nyxoria Herbals is not liable for any individual reactions or misapplication of products.

4. Pricing and modifications

All prices on this site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate, but if a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order as described above. We also reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

5. Payment terms

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only active payment method: you pay in cash to the courier when your order is delivered. Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa are shown on our checkout page as upcoming options and are not yet available for use.

6. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
