Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Nyxoria Herbals (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you shop with us or create an account.

What information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Name
• Email address (optional at guest checkout, required for an account)
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Order history (items purchased, order status, order value, payment method)

We do not collect payment card details, because Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method — you pay in cash on delivery, not through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
• Create and manage your account, if you choose to have one
• Contact you about your order (e.g. delivery updates, issues with your order)
• Respond to customer service requests

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Who we share it with

Your data is stored in our database, which is hosted and managed by Supabase (a Postgres database and authentication provider), acting as our data processor. Supabase stores your account, order, and address data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

Because Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method, no payment processor or gateway is involved and no card/financial data is shared with anyone. This section will be updated once additional payment methods (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa) go live and a payment processor is added.

Data retention

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies set by our authentication provider, Supabase Auth, solely to keep you signed in to your account. These cookies are not readable by third parties and are not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking. We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of our own.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “last updated” date.
