Returns Policy

7-day return window

We stand behind the quality of our botanical formulations. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect your purchase and request a full refund or return if you are not satisfied with your order. Items returned beyond this window are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Eligibility and conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original bottle and packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, the wrong item or a damaged item was sent).

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at support@nyxoriaherbals.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer, store credit, or your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
