Where we ship

Nyxoria Herbals currently ships anywhere in Pakistan. We don’t yet offer international shipping.

Order processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch promptly (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed. You’ll receive a follow-up notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from when your order is confirmed. Transit times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value required.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, exact payment must be handed over to the courier representative upon parcel receipt. Repeated refusal of COD parcels upon delivery may result in account blacklisting for future orders.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@nyxoriaherbals.com with your order number and photo evidence of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. We aren’t able to guarantee re-delivery at no extra cost if a delivery attempt fails because the details provided were incomplete or incorrect.
